So we passed 11 of them last year. But the one of the most important, one that deals with border security called The Homeland Security appropriation bill was left pending by [Republicans] because they were not happy with some of the actions that President Obama had taken regarding immigration. So therefore what they did is they extended it, they put in some language to defund part of it. It's over in the Senate. (01:26–01:41)
