So states like Texas that are growing very fast will have the proper funding for the highways, whether it's Highway 35 or I 69 or the other roads. Those roads are being saturated by the large number of trucks coming from Mexico. For example, In Laredo, there's always 12 to 13,018 wheelers a day that pass our bridges there. If you compare Laredo to all the other ports in Texas, take Laredo out and put all the ports, Brownsville, McAllen, all the way up to El Paso. (04:56–05:03)
