We, of course, sued him, took it all the way up to the Supreme Court, and he was denied that ability, which is why the president was forced to pull out of places like Oregon, California, and Illinois. The President claimed the authority to unilaterally issue tariffs, tariffs that are hurting businesses, hurting entrepreneurs, and certainly hurting farmers and consumers. We took that up to the Supreme Court. And the Supreme Court, including three very conservative justices, declared clearly that the president did not have that emergency authority with respect to tariffs and declared them unlawful and unconstitutional.
