You know, for a Midwest state, we're really the most diverse of many Midwest states and certainly of all the swing states. And that's why people came from everywhere for this opportunity. You can't just get into the middle class without education beyond high school nowadays. And that education is priced out of possibility for a lot of people. And so through efforts to bring down the cost of a four year degree, open up more paths into apprenticeships and into the trades. (45:12–45:18)
