We've very clearly seen that that doesn't work. Anybody that's grown up around Texas could tell you that if you go to the border now, There are more walls and more guns and more personnel on that border than ever before. But we still see an increase in migration. If we want to actually tackle our immigration issues, we need to come up with a logical response that legally allows people to immigrate. (16:20–16:27)
