We must reform the most unethical partisan Supreme Court in modern American history and until we do, democracy will not be safe in America. Reform should include a binding code of ethics requiring the court to use Congress's $50 gift ban, reforming the shadow docket, 18 year term limits, expanding the size of the court to match the number of judicial circuits and more. I am really proud to be working alongside so many congressional leaders so that our response to the Calais decision is strong, meets the moment, listens to our voters. (03:49–04:05)
