With students on the teacher turnover, those are, say, numbers that we see annually, if not monthly. So we know if we're losing teachers, we know we're losing the teachers that we want to keep. And so We undertook a study before this session to determine why it is that some teachers were leaving the profession. And we address both of those, both the top two issues. One is teacher pay and the other is class discipline, which I signed a separate law on class discipline to make sure that the school environment is a better environment for our teachers.
