And so we undertook a study before this session to determine why it is that some teachers were leaving the profession. And we address both of those, both the top two issues. One is teacher pay and the other is class discipline, which I signed a separate law on class discipline to make sure that the school environment is a better environment for our teachers. What we hope to achieve from that is greater teacher retention. We'll see those numbers at the end of the next school year. This bill moves toward intensity based funding for special education.
