And there's a way to stop it right now. Under Texas law, your appraisal can go up 10% a year, year after year after year. And that will price you out of your home. We must end it. And the way we do it is to reduce that 10% a year increase to no more than just 3% a year. And we got to stop you all having to go through the appraisal process and finding that every single year you should be subject to appraisal only once every five years. (33:42–33:50)
