What we did is we said that in Texas, only United States citizens can vote in our elections in the state of Texas. In Texas, we have the strongest voter ID law, including voter ID on mail in ballots. We also made it a crime for professional ballot harvesters. You can no longer do that in the state of Texas. You will go to jail if you are a professional ballot harvester in our state.
