To make sure that we would go after those who are pushing fentanyl and in fact even Texas, making it a crime now to sell fentanyl that leads to death and that now results in a murder charge. Together with Operation Lone Star, we were able to achieve an 85% reduction in illegal immigration into the state of Texas. Before President Trump took the presidency for a second time, we led to a decrease fentanyl deaths by more than 40%. (23:38–23:50)
