Whatever the case may be, the program that I am rolling out today that I want to get past in this next session is a backstop to that. So that failed indictments that release dangerous criminals will never happen again. Instead, The state will have a prosecutor available to take those cases when the local district attorney doesn't have the resources or the will to take those cases. So how, how would the mechanics work? At what point could the statewide prosecutor step in? So we've worked with district attorneys across the state to try to craft that appropriately. (02:40–02:50)
