Easiest example, last year alone we added a new district attorney in the state of Texas. We have in the past, as you know, added additional courts, whether they be trial courts or the 15th Court of Appeals. The state by constitution, has the full authority to either add more courts or add more district attorneys and define the scope of the region of that district attorney. Is it limited to Travis county as it's statewide? And so we have the full constitutional authority to create this new, you know, quasi district attorney that has statewide jurisdiction to perform these duties. (04:41–04:52)
