We call it a generational investment in water. We all voted on, by the way, as a constitutional amendment because what we did is Constitutionally dedicate $20 billion for water funds to ensure that we would be providing the funding necessary to tap into what are categorized as new sources of water, but also to provide half of that, which is $10 billion, to go towards fixing broken and leaking water pipes. Let me just give you one example about where we are right now. Over the last couple of years, the city of Houston was losing more than 30 billion gallons of water because of leaking and broken water pipes. (16:43–17:07)
