And I know we debate this, and I know some of us disagree, but Rejoining Reggie... it's a bad deal. It doesn't work. It's a regressive tax that drives up the cost of living for all Virginia Virginians. It also doesn't mean driving away data centers. The positive economic contribution from data centers is enormous.
