Throughout this year, all of America will take part in our semi quincentennial celebrations. But no state has as much to celebrate as we do here. Virginia. 250 years ago, it was Virginians who led the way to America's founding. Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Patrick Henry and Mr. Henry. I will miss working in your building every day and so many others along the way. America was made in Virginia. (58:02–58:08)
