The Republicans actually expanded it. I hope it's something that we can get rid of and save some money. And finally, we passed the Defense Authorization Act. And Right now we have over 750,000 employees in the Department of Defense who are not uniform. They're not prepared to help our military fight. They're, rather than carrying a weapon, they're carrying a laptop. And that's just way too many. We all know it. (39:59–40:07)
