I agree with you that we have a shortage of people going into skills based learning programs, be they tech schools, be they trade schools, what have you. I think part of the answer is to disseminate the statistics showing how much better say A plumber or an electrician or a welder does [financially] better than people with a communication arts degree or a business marketing degree. And it's a very difficult thing to know what to do because of course under our constitution, education is not really something that we think of as a federal thing. (04:04–04:14)
