We got Texans standing outside of plasma centers two to three times a week to give blood, to have enough money to pay their bills. They do this as a second job. Teachers standing in line in the morning before the doors to the plasma center open to make enough to make ends meet. There's no shame in it because Texans will do whatever it takes to provide for our families. But it shouldn't take that. So at this time when nobody trusts government. (03:58–04:06)
