And so if we're not approaching them on a planetary basis, we're probably not using the best brains that humanity has to offer. So I think that's one of the really exciting things is, is particularly in science, We're going to be able to do our work in a very international way going forward. And hopefully, as we do that, we really pay attention to diversity in all its different manifold ways, whether it's gender diversity or racial diversity or other forms of diversity. (44:06–44:13)
