Less redistribution, more pre distribution. In terms of addressing the issues of ignorance, poverty, disease, by beginning at the beginning, our interventions come too late on poverty. That's why we did preschool for all. That's why we're doing after school for all summer school for all. That's why we've done some of these nation leading programs, including by the way Lemon dollar, insulin recently. All of those are sort of part and parcel of my value set. (46:33–46:39)
