First off, we've got to make sure that we're not shutting down other elements of government that we all agree need, need to be funded. As you know, There are five bills, important bills for labor and health and for the Department of Defense. We all agree that. That's 95% of spend, federal spending. Those are bipartisan bills. I serve not only as the ranking member of Homeland Security, I'm on the Appropriations Committee. We've worked in a bipartisan way. We need to pass those bills. (02:34–02:45)
