Those are bipartisan bills. I serve not only as the ranking member of Homeland Security, I'm on the Appropriations Committee. We've worked in a bipartisan way. We need to pass those bills. The House separated them. They just voted on those bills. We can do that in the Senate as well. So far Leader Thune is not allowing that.
