So I'm of the mind that Michigan families should not be forced to bear the full expense of a federal emergency order that's issued to basically to serve multi state grid. And that's why I've led a bipartisan letter to FERC urging approval of a cost recovery framework. framework that spreads the cost across the region. Because apparently the region is benefiting from it. There's no reason that Michigan taxpayer ratepayers have to pay all of that. (01:14–01:26)
