Now, that was in February, March of 2019. They laughed out loud, literally chuckled and laughed. They thought, there's no way they could accomplish this list of 58 items. I'm happy to say that Within six months, they had all completed those [58 security checklist items]. And then, of course, early in 2020, the whole world changed and the scenario got even more complicated. (11:05–11:09)
