I know that it be difficult at a government level to fully address the medical racism that has been in our history for so long, but do you have any type of idea for how Wisconsin itself could personally combat this? We have a just terrifying black infant mortality rate. and the state has to do everything that it can do to ensure that black mothers have what they need for both pre and postpartum care.
