We have to fully fund our public schools, and that includes reimbursement of 90% for special education. Right now, Public schools are getting less than 40% special education reimbursement, while private schools in the program are receiving 90% special education reimbursement. So that has to definitely that gap has to close and we have to make investments in our public schools. We have to make sure that we're feeding all kids. (02:32–02:44)
