We have be willing to have the political political courage to be able to use those surplus dollars that are in our state that the surplus dollars towards fully funding public education including 90% special education reimbursement. That special education reimbursement has to be that short term while we look long term at fully funding schools with a more equitable school funding formula. and actually make sure they're made by the constitutional office obligation to ensure that every child is a sound and basic education.
