It's the first five years of a new teacher in our public schools. It's so brilliant and it's so difficult for so many of those young teachers right now. Which is why Building not only mentorship programs, but ensuring that there are opportunities in the vacuum that we need to build into halftime. and maybe short that our teachers are going to be responsible for all basic services at wraparound services that so many are missing that they deserve to have not only the support their board, their community and of course the state secretary.
