That's why we need somebody that law enforcement trusts that can work with our legislature not waiting until an election year to put forward a budget. And We've seen our Attorney General leave these DCI positions unfilled. His own director of the Division of Criminal Investigation in March at a sheriff's conference said only 88 out of 113 of those positions are unfilled. And they have not answered the question. We've asked that their organizational charts be released. The Attorney General has refused to do it. (12:06–12:19)
