We've been understaffed across the state. And so I've served as the president of our District Attorneys Association. I did that back through that 2023 budget. And We helped get a historic investment through the legislature and the governor. through a team negotiating, where we were able to actually be able to hire public defenders and prosecutors because there were so many vacancies across the state.
