And yeah, this is, this has just been an ongoing issue about how do we make these decisions. One of the things we've seen, I think the number was like 70 ish percent that the Judges in Milwaukee county were going underneath the prosecutor's recommendation on those sentences. And so we have prosecutors that are trying to get those cases in front of judges. And then we're seeing the judges ultimately going underneath that. (16:11–16:22)
