And don't get me wrong, it's not all of them, but there are ones out there committing more crimes and some of them very serious crimes. And then there's a new victim that's created. And so One of the biggest things the attorney general can do to help make Wisconsin safer is fix the issues with forensic testing. to get that in the hands of our law enforcement and prosecutors quicker so we can keep these dangerous criminals off our streets to reduce the repeat crime that can help keep people safe across the state.
