Tell us what you would encourage the legislature to do in terms of bail reform so that we make sure that the public is actually protected. So I've already done a few of these things. Number one, Back in 2017, Brad Schimmel, when he was our attorney general, was trying to push forward a constitutional amendment to force judges to consider the dangerousness of crime criminals when setting bail. Because right now, the Wisconsin Constitution only allows bail to ensure a defendant appears in court. As best I can see, Josh Call never supported that back then when he was running for attorney general. (18:26–18:37)
