They used to put dumb suited on the chair. I was bullied. And not until I got into high school did I discover that I was dyslexic. There was nothing wrong with me. Wow. 30 to 40% of the prisoners that are in Rikers island, dyslexic. So what am I doing as mayor? I'm taking my journey and now helping other children.
