And at the same time, these companies admit they are behind schedule, over budget, unable to finish their work, and they can't figure out how to use a single dollar except on stock buybacks. Give me a break. The failure of these companies to spend money on their production is quite literally putting our country at risk. because of delays to our weapons systems.
