But we also know it from our own information gathering after 9, 11, which is why the great interest in it. Nuclear power plants are at the top of the terrorist target list. And You are reducing the safety, reducing the protections, letting the power plants, letting shareholders decide how much safety is there, rather than letting independent inspectors guarantee that the public is safe in the events of a terrorist attack.
