We're heading into something that we haven't seen since the Great Depression and we're going to, in many of the jobs which exist right now just won't be there when we come out of this. And so We're going to have to finance, out of the federal government, the community colleges, other institutions so that they can help to provide the job training for people. They can provide the skill sets which people are going to need to work in this new economy that is going to be created as we come out of this old economy. (31:39–31:53)
