And that's why we put in a lot of money that the community colleges could qualify for in the first round and why we want to put in even more money going forward. Again, this is all being contested. Obviously, Mitch McConnell doesn't want to really even begin to negotiate over what the parameters of a much larger next phase package has to look like.
