And we will talk at length about the Government Accountability Office. That discussion tonight is not finished. I am very happy that This language does, in fact, clarify that with the Government Printing Office and the Library of Congress, that role now is Congress's exclusively. And so this is a substantive change in the appointment and the removal process that is welcome.
