It may come as news to members that Congress's own institutions, it's critical institutions by which we do our job, including a check and balance, including oversight, including acting as a separate and independent branch of government, that our Congress's own institutions, including the Government Printing Office, the Library of Congress, and the Government Accountability Office, are actually not ours exclusively to appoint and to remove.
