And so what we did is just say, nope, every state's got to play by the same type of rules South Dakota has been playing by. But we wanted that Rural Health Transformation Fund because we knew The way we're doing health care in this country right now is not good enough. It is going to lead to our national bankruptcy if we don't get it right. And so we fought. I'm glad to see that the state legislature, in their wisdom, agreed with us. I've got some skepticism about the governor's plan for what these dollars are going to be used for. (13:35–13:42)
