You know, I mean, math is math. I mean, you don't have to take my word for it. The reality is all of the taxes paid today to county government in Dual County. Applied Digital wants to build a data center near Clear Lake. In essence, that's Doelle County. All of the taxes coming to the county today are 11 million. That one data center under my plan would pay $5 million a year to the county. Five million. They could give their property taxpayers a 50, almost a 50% property tax reduction if they wanted to.
