Okay, so you are running for governor of South Dakota, having served under at least two governors that I know of. Top three priorities. Number one, Our state has a great educational system. Our numbers are better than most of the rest of the country. And yet they've Been heading in the wrong direction. A lot of reasons for that. I'm not blind to the teachers.
