We see in North Dakota, that state may be as pro data center as any state in America. The last three years during that same time they North Dakota... saw their electric rates go down... more than they went down in any other state in America. Now there are other states that have not done data centers well and there have been some Costs to that. That's why I rolled out my data centers done right plan. (04:48–05:03)
