Well, yes, the problem is that at the state government level, in the governor's office, we are not trying. We don't have a bold vision for education. Now we know that that bold vision can work. So Mississippi went from 49th in Reading all the way up to 9th in Reading. They made that turnaround in just five years. It's not just literacy. You look at math numeracy. Alabama did the same thing.
