And so you kind of have to look at the different buckets of policy that we need to address this. And so it greatly influenced it. One of the things that we saw at Uvalde is They did have an independent school district police force, but all the officers were primarily at the high school. and not actually at the elementary. They would kind of come by the elementary and what they called rattle doors to make sure they were locked for about 15 minutes a day. (12:20–12:26)
