Look, at the end of the day, I do think that you've got to have separation if you're going to try to measure and try to get to improvement. But I do not have. Some of the schools that I saw are not F schools. They're not as bad as the rating. Well, they're not. I just know they're not. They're great schools, great kids, great superintendents. And we need to figure out why that label is on them. (12:45–12:49)
