Because if you can't figure that out, it's very difficult. So when you look at great achievements like the Death Star Bill, the Heartbeat Bill, there's a lot of opportunities in there. And I think when you take a look at civil RICO statutes and other things, there are some fantastic ways that if we do have terrorists and those who are basically helping drive that, we can take a look at doing some of these enforcements.
