Some of the COVID relief money that hasn't been spent yet. It's getting drawn back and being used in other ways rather than just being frittered away. But ultimately We have to get spending back to where it was at pre-Covid levels. Because during COVID we ratcheted up government spending so much. But we don't have those issues anymore. We're not paying people not to work. We're not having to do these investments in health care. (22:23–22:28)
